Importance Of Accessories In Fashion

Accessories are Subtle and minor additions to your outfit. It can add voice to your exterior stylish personality. I believe accessories are so important. There are a vast variety of accessories: Accessories are items like handbags, scarves, belts, jewelry, watches, hats, gloves, eyewear, you name it, it’s all out there. Accessories can be tricky in that five people could be wearing the same kind yet it’s completely different and has its own statement. I’m sure you’ll agree with me.
Accessories can be extremely powerful because they complete a look, often taking it from nice to fab. For instance you’ve added a belt, bag, scarf, watch, hat, bold cuff or necklace and it takes the outfit from nice to fab.

Pick accessories you are comfortable with and gradually up your style by picking other type of accessories. Slowly you will build the confidence to try other accessories to change your daily look.
Even though it’s not a hard and fast rule to wear accessories, tall figures tend to look best in chunky and oversized accessories while Petite figure look best in less chunky and smaller accessories. Just a guideline! So yes, you can break these guidelines but keep the proportions flattering by making sure that you shine as much as the accessories do.

Eyewear

Gone are the days when eyeglasses were considered unstylish. Make your eyewear part of your look and flaunt it. And this goes for sunglasses too. If you have to wear your specs every day so invest in the best affordable pair. Over time you can invest in several pairs and build a collection, which means swapping out your specs daily to suit your mood and your outfits.

Different face shape and suitable glasses.

Heart Shaped
Characteristics of a heart-shaped face include a wide forehead and high cheekbones with a narrow chin. Look for frames that will broaden the appearance of the chin and minimize forehead width.

Oblong
Characteristics of an oblong face include the face being longer than it is wide with a narrow chin and cheeks, as well as a large forehead.

Round face
Characteristics of a round face include full cheekbones and little to no angles, with width and length being similarly proportionate.

Belts
  1. Find best spot: Position is important. Sometimes your best spot will be a little higher than your natural waistline and sometimes a little lower. When you’re regular bust size and carrying a little extra around the midriff, positioning a belt just above the waistline is usually the sweet spot. When you’re short-waisted and well endowed.:-), positioning your belt lower than the waistline in front and at waist level in the back is often the solution. If you’re long wasited, wearing a belt high on the natural waist is usually most effective.
  2. Pick a width: Once you’ve found your best spot (or spots — you might have more than one) think about the width of the belt. Sometimes a wider elasticized belt worn a little above your midriff extra bits does the trick. Sometimes positioning it right onto the extra bits does the girdling trick. With a straight, undefined waistline, a narrower belt positioned a little lower in front can work really well. Long waisted ladies can usually wear extra wide belts, whereas short-waisted ladies tend to look better in narrower or skinny belts.
  3. Think about contrast: You can choose between making the belt contrast or blend in with your outfit. A low contrast belt is usually best for waistlines which aren’t that defined, giving you a flattering long lean line.  Whereas a high contrast belt automatically draws more attention to the waistline.
  4. Add another layer: Layering a jacket or cardigan over a top with either a low or high contrast belt is an effective way of wearing a belt without worrying about its effects around the midriff. When worn this way, the belt adds an interesting textural dimension to your outfit.
  5. Elastic is your friend: Where possible, choose belts that are part elastic because of the comfort. They’ll stretch with your body.
  6. Give it time: Belts can feel odd when you’re not used to wearing them. Sometimes it’s just a question of getting used to the extra pressure around your waistline, so allow some time to get used to the feeling of wearing a belt.
I will be discussing Jewelry and Handbags next.

Oil—How It Affects You

HAVE you ever stopped to think what life for many would be like without petroleum and its products?   Oil made from petroleum is used to lubricate motor vehicles, bicycles, strollers, and other things with moving parts. Oil lessens friction, thus slowing the breakdown of machine components. But that is not all.
